Fab Fours is an initiative designed to support a new playing culture within the club, and at the heart of this will be the bonding that takes place across both sections both on and off the field.
Here’s how it works.
Quite simply we have created 4 groups of players broadly from across the First, Second, Third and Junior teams
We have then drawn one player from each group and created a Fab Four Team.
We have 13 teams of four players who will compete on a weekly basis to earn points which will come from the following achievements ;
1. Runs – 1 point per run
2. Wickets – 15 points unassisted or if assisted 10 points for the bowler and 5 points for the catcher/stumping/runout or whoever takes the bails off!
3. 15 points will be earned by attending training.
4. 25 points will be awarded for attending fundraising events.
And now for the teams!

The managers bid for their teams at our recent auction, and they are competing for a prize pot of £700 if they "guide" their team to victory.
The Fab Four Team with most points at the end of the season will receive £300 or £75 per each player.
Each week there will be a league table published both online and on the noticeboard once the points have been calculated.
