S&B is looking to recruit new junior players for its U13, U11 and U9 teams
for the new cricket season.
Any U11s (boys & girls - school years 3 to 6), interested in playing
cricket, are invited to come down to the County Ground on Trafalgar
Road on Sunday mornings from 11.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m., where they
will be made most welcome by S&B's team of ECB qualified coaches. U13s' nets are on Monday evenings at 6.30.
S&B boasts some of the finest cricket facilities in the area, with 5
all weather practice pitches and its own indoor training school. The
U11s can look forward to a full programme of matches in the Southport & District Junior Cricket League, whilst an U9s team will also play a
number of friendly fixtures.
