League Cup match finals were played recently.
Played as best of five matches. A ladies and men's singles, a ladies doubles, a men's doubles and a mixed doubles. Both matches were rain affected.
First Team won Christiana Hartley Trophy v Argyle 3-2
Julie Curren won the deciding match bravely playing in torrential rain
Second Team won Trinity Shield
The match was rain affected also, and the result was obtained on the following night not on the finals night.
Judy Sixsmith won the Singles on the second attempt and giving a score of 3.5-2.5
